New wine in new bottles | Seven Springs Vineyards

Our mates at Seven Springs Vineyards in South Africa – founded by my good Warwickshire-based friends Tim and Vaughan Pearson – are busy with the 2022 vintage.

Here’s Seven Springs’ assistant winemaker Renico Botes cleaning out a tank after the newly-harvested Pinot Noir grapes had been fermented:

In the meantime, we continue to offer previous vintages of Seven Springs wines, including the charmingly fruity 2016 Pinot Noir.

The Pinot Noir (and its red wine stablemate Syrah) are suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Seven Springs also makes three white wines: Two styles of Chardonnay (one that’s been aged in oak barrels and one that hasn’t) and a Sauvignon Blanc.

If you’d like a case, a couple of bottles, or a mixed case of Seven Springs then please click on the links or drop us a line – email or WhatsApp – and we’ll sort it out for you.
