Unoaked Chardonnay from Seven Springs Vineyard at Arden Fine Wines  in Mayfair, London.

True to the “house style”, the Seven Springs Unoaked Chardonnay 2016 is a light wine, with clean and pure fruit flavours – no oak barrels used here. 

As an unoaked Chardonnay, this is quite an aromatic wine, showing floral notes of frangipani, sweet alyssum, and even orange blossoms.

It is easily enjoyed as an apéritif or as a “sundowner”, but pairing it with food is a breeze.

Best served it at around 10 degrees centigrade, it goes well sushi or ceviche of fish. It also stands up to lightly-spiced dishes or soups and is great with chicken salad and a main fish course.
