Victoria Cozens
Victoria is co-founder and co-owner of Perky Blenders, the small batch, speciality-grade coffee roasters.
Following eight years in IT for an international law firm, Victoria then spotted a gap in the market for a approachable specialty coffee brand.
Investing in a 1kg coffee roaster with her husband Adam (who was a finalist for the 2018 Institute of Directors’ East of England Start-Up Director of the Year) and her brother-in-law, they subsequently focused on businesses in East London’s Walthamstow, where Perky Blenders now has four cafés. They supply over 50 stores.

Frederique Pierre-Pierre
Freddie was born in Angoulême, between Bordeaux and Cognac, and studied at The Sorbonne and King’s College, London.
She became a lawyer and then an investment banker, spending 25 years in the Square Mile.
Under the nom de plume of Freddie P. Peters, she is the author of the “Henry Crowne” series of financial and espionage thrillers.
In addition to her writing, Freddie supports several arts organisations. She is a Patron of Artangel and Tate and sits on the Finance Committee of the Henry Moore Foundation. Freddie chairs the Legal Committee and sits on the Finance Committee of DACS (Design and Copyright Society). Additionally, she supports young and mid-career artists by collecting their works through a number of “small but super” galleries.
She is a former Non-Executive Director at Brunel Pension Partnership Ltd. Freddie is also involved with mentoring at King’s College London and The Prince’s Trust.

Dr. Andrea Talkenberg
Andrea was co-founder together with her brother of Punctus Ltd.
They built the company with proprietary Greenkeeping Software for golf courses, soccer stadiums, council green spaces and became European market leader, having clients in 18 countries. They sold the business in 2019.
In their core markets in Germany, Austria and Switzerland they reached a market share of 90%.
Andrea specialises in marketing, sales and strategy and is advising medium-sized companies as a consultant.

Rajiv Singhal
Rajiv studied Economics at Yale and has been simplifying access to the Indian market for clients since. He laid the foundations for the market for wine in India with path breaking actions since 1996.
Rajiv received the civilian honours Officier de l’Ordre de Merite du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg by HRH The Grand Duke in 2022 and Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Merite by the President of France in 2014 for pioneering activities in the luxury sector.
Rajiv is the Ambassador of Champagne to India.
