Orders received by 12:00pm GMT Monday–Friday are processed and shipped within two working days.

Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. 

Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays are processed and shipped on the following Monday. 

UK orders and deliveries

Free delivery for all orders in the UK. 

Most of our stock of fine & rare wines and spirits is stored in perfect conditions outside London to ensure that they are in the best possible condition when they reach you.

Please allow 4 working days for delivery (except for some wines that are stored in London and available for same-day delivery to London addresses).

We will do our best to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Same-day wine delivery in London

The wines listed here are available – subject to availability – for same-day delivery in London.

Same-day wine delivery across the UK

Same-day delivery across the UK is available for an additional charge. 

Upon request, Arden Fine Wines can get your fine wines to you on the same day as your order is placed.  

Charges for same-day delivery to UK addresses outside London will be quoted for individually. 

The ballpark rate is £5.00 per mile. So, for example, a delivery to you 100 miles from London will cost c.£500.00. 

Non-UK overseas deliveries

Overseas delivery charges vary according to the size and weight of the order, the distance involved, and the time-frame of the delivery.

Unless otherwise agreed and arranged, overseas (non-UK) orders sent are shipped with Duty and VAT unpaid. 

Import duties, VAT, and any applicable customs fees are not included in your purchase price and will be collected by the carrier from you prior to delivery. 

If local taxes are charged to Arden Fine Wines via its appointed courier, these will be charged to the customer at cost.

We appreciate your understanding and recommend confirming local import costs with us before placing your order.

Insurance for non-UK overseas deliveries

Unless otherwise agreed, all non-UK overseas deliveries will incur an insurance charge of 2% (minimum £20) of the value of goods purchased from Arden Fine Wines.

We advise our clients to insure high-value purchases.

Should a client not wish to take out insurance, Arden Fine Wines will not be liable for any damage to goods while in transit, nor will Arden Fine Wines be liable for any goods lost in transit, or for late delivery.
