Like so many of you, Arden Fine Wines is doing what we can to help slow the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19).
The safety of our clients and colleagues is our highest priority.
No matter where we are working from, we are determined to deliver for you in every way possible and do the very best work we can for you.
Currently, Arden’s office in Brook Street W1 remains open and we continue to operate as usual.
Notwithstanding current curbs on travel and meetings, our clients, colleagues, and friends are always welcome here for a chat and a coffee (or even something stronger).
Our sustainable London courier partner Ecofleet is still operating with their riders and bikes. Ecofleet has implemented a “very serious protocol” of sanitisation at the warehouse and on the road.
Although we’re very much open for business, ultimately we will be at the mercy of our storage facilities, which enable us to fulfil orders from our stock kept in warehouses outside London.
About half of Arden’s listed stock is stored in professionally-managed bonded warehouses, with the other half in perfect, secure storage about 100 miles from London.
It is possible that all of our storage facilities could be closed at some point.
We advise customers to stock-up ASAP to see them through the next few weeks and ensure that supplies don’t run out.
