Arden Fine Wines welcomes Max Steinkopf to its Advisory Board.
Max is a Founding Partner of Bond Capital Partners Limited, where he is responsible for fund raising, deal sourcing, investment appraisal, execution, and legal due diligence. He has over 20 years’ experience in M&A, operational management, property development, and fundraising.
Max was a Founding Director and major shareholder of GB Railways Group PLC, which was simultaneously floated on the AIM market at the time it acquired the Anglia Railways franchise. Max was instrumental in negotiating a profitable sale of GB Railways to FirstGroup PLC.
Max arrived in England from Canada in 1988 to work on the development of Canary Wharf, where he negotiated multi-million pound logistic and construction contracts and was a member of the team that promoted and negotiated the Jubilee Line Extension.
Max holds an LLB from the University of Western Ontario, Canada, and qualified as a barrister and solicitor in Ontario and as an attorney at law in New York.
